Rizhao Lingyunhai Sugar Group Co.Ltd. established in February 2002, is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise that integrates sugar production, soybean processing, cogeneration, woven bag production, warehousing, hotel services, production of high-quality foods such as New Zealand wine and honey, and domestic and foreign trade. Since its establishment, it has built three raw sugar refining and processing production lines, with an annual production and processing capacity of 2.4 million tons of raw sugar. It has more than 30 modern high standard sugar storage warehouses with a storage capacity of over 2 million tons. In order to further explore new economic growth points, the group company broke ground in June 2010 and invested 560 million yuan to build a 4000 ton/day soybean pretreatment and leaching workshop and an 800 ton/day soybean crude oil refining workshop in Lianyungang Road South and Lanzhou Road East, covering an area of 108 acres. After the project is completed, the annual processing capacity of soybeans can reach 1.2 million tons, with the main products being about 200000 tons of first-class soybean oil and about 980000 tons of soybean meal and by-products, with a total output value of over 5 billion yuan. The project was completed and put into operation in September 2011. After normal production, it will reach a daily processing capacity of 4000 tons of soybeans. The product market is broad, and the selected production technology is advanced and mature. The economic and social benefits are significant.
