It is a mechanical manufacturing enterprise that integrates mold manufacturing, aluminum alloy precision forging, T6 heat treatment, mechanical processing, surface cleaning, and assembly packaging. The company covers an area of 35300 square meters and has a building area of 16000 square meters. At present, we have over 150 employees, including more than 30 engineering and quality control personnel. The company currently has 5 forging production lines, including 4000T+2500T friction press production line, 2500T hot forging press production line, 800T+500T hydraulic motorized static plate forging dedicated line, 1000T+630T friction press production line, 1000T electric screw press production line, and 400T+300T press production line. Annual production capacity of 10000 tons of steel forgings and 10000 tons of aluminum forgings. Machining equipment: Over 30 machining centers, more than 30 CNC lathes, vertical lathes, CNC drills, hydraulic lathes, and other machining equipment. There are three specialized production lines for new energy air conditioning valve seats, with a monthly production capacity of 100000 pieces. Various heat treatment equipment: including continuous heat treatment production lines, T6 heat treatment furnaces, pit furnaces, trolley furnaces, and medium/high-frequency quenching machines. Quality control: Through IATF16949 quality certification, the company has testing equipment such as spectrum analyzer, coordinate measuring instrument, stereomicroscope, metallographic microscope, profilometer, 3D scanner, fluorescent penetrant testing line, magnetic particle testing machine, ultrasonic testing machine, mechanical performance tensile testing machine, low-temperature impact testing machine, hardness testing machine, cleanliness testing machine, etc. Rizhao Dexin's main products include: thermal management valve seats, new energy vehicle compressor dynamic and static discs, compressor aluminum alloy end seats, and automotive chassis aluminum alloy control arms.
